This Jewish song from Andalusia (Spain) is from the Middle-Age era. It's not 100 % Hebrew but a dialect mixing Spanish and some Hebrew words. Sefardic tradition in the Jewish realm goes from Spain to some North Africa countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia for the most part). This Sefardic tradition differs from the Ashkenazi tradition (East and Central Europe, where Yiddish as language was born).
